Aussi, en plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien avec d&rsquo;autres l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Couper les tomates en deux \u2013 utiliser des tomates de taille moyenne ;<\/li>\n<li>Retirer une partie du jus et des p\u00e9pins (afin que les herbes rentrent dans la tomate et puissent cuire) ;<\/li>\n<li>Assaisonner les tomates avec sel, poivre, miel (sucre), cr\u00e8me balsamique ;<\/li>\n<li>Cuire sur une po\u00eale ou un gril \u00e0 charbon pendant quelques minutes &#8211; sur une po\u00eale, cuire des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s ;<\/li>\n<li>Avant la fin de la cuisson ajouter les herbes : origan, thym, basilic &#8211; selon le go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que la tomate est acide, le sucr\u00e9 doit \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 plus que le sel ou la cr\u00e8me balsamique.
