Die GrillSymbol Cataplanas haben keine Befestigungswinkel am Deckel und k\u00f6nnen so mit verschiedenem Gasbrenner verwendet werden. Das macht diese Pfannen multifunktional: die tiefe Stahlpfanne aus Edelstahl mit einem dicken Boden (3 mm) und leichten Aluminiumdeckel funktioniert wie eine Cataplana-Pfanne und ohne Deckel wie eine Wok-Pfanne. Optimaler Durchmesser des Gasbrenners ist 30 cm.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund ihrer Konkavit\u00e4t k\u00f6nnen in der Pfanne viele unterschiedliche Gerichte aus mediterraner und japanischer K\u00fcche zubereitet werden.
