Très bon pour faire du falafel ! La seule chose est que nous avons dû créer nous-mêmes un bord où les falafels peuvent se reposer après la friture.

Necesitábamos hacer Cataplana para 70 huéspedes. No pudimos encontrar una sartén original en ningún lugar que fuera lo suficientemente grande. Pero el PRO-915 con tapa mide 91 cm y conseguimos hacer una Cataplana perfecta en un lote. Lo hemos hecho repetidamente desde entonces, y el resultado siempre es el esperado.

Wir mussten Cataplana für 70 Gäste machen. Wir konnten nirgendwo eine Originalpfanne finden, die groß genug war. Aber das PRO-915 mit Deckel ist 91 cm groß und wir haben es geschafft, eine perfekte Cataplana in einer Charge herzustellen. Wir haben es seitdem immer wieder gemacht, und das Ergebnis ist immer wie erwartet.

Nous devions préparer Cataplana pour 70 voyageurs. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de poêle originale assez grande nulle part. Mais le PRO-915 avec couvercle mesure 91 cm et nous avons réussi à faire un Cataplana parfait en un seul lot. Nous l’avons fait à plusieurs reprises depuis, et le résultat est toujours comme prévu.

We needed to make Cataplana for 70 guests. We couldn’t find an original pan anywhere that was large enough. But the PRO-915 with lid is 91 cm and we managed to make a perfect Cataplana in one batch. We have done it repeatedly since, and the result is always as expected.
