Two-stack BBQ-Smoker Smoky Beast XL with extra high capacity for offering the best taste experiences. The Smoker is handmade of Cor-Ten steel. For the purposes of BBQ roasting, the smoker can be heated using firewood or grill briquette.

Additionally, you have the possibility of using the smoker as a charcoal grill. If the heat comes from the fireplace for BBQ smoking or baking, then for grilling, you will have a special charcoal tub that is installed under the grates.

The Smoky Beast XL model offers have a capacity that is multiple times larger than that of the biggest Kamado Ceramic Grills (designated as 2XL, Pro Joe). The total area of the two grates in this model is 12 900 cm2 (1.29 m2). The smoker can hold ca 70 kg of meat at a time.

The Smoky Beast XL is used by restaurants, catering service providers and hobby chefs who need to cater for tens or hundreds of people. Given the capacity of the oven, it is possible to cook more than 200 servings of meat at a time.

The reddish brown colour of Cor-Ten steel is matched with stainless steel details, this means that Smoky Beast XL BBQ-smoker clearly stands out for its impressive appearance among its competitors. It catches even more eyes with its sheer size, the taste of food prepared with the smoker however melts hearts. Firewood gives more smoky taste, grill briquette less but you can combine both.

  • BBQ-Smoker is made of 3 mm Cor-Ten steel, it weighs 200 kg.
  • Delivered as assembled, just the stacks need to be secured after delivery.
  • The cooking space and the fireplace are separable, stacks are separable.

  • The frame of the smoker has wheels with a diameter of 10 cm, this enables the smoker to be rolled on hard ground.

About the material of the BBQ-Smoker: Cor-Ten steel is almost pure carbon steel, but it has been processed to provide a weatherproof coating on its surface to withstand any weather. The surface of Cor-ten steel is originally greyish, due the weather conditions it turns reddish-brown (resembles the colour of rusting), which becomes darker within time. When used properly, the Cor-Ten steel is vivid, long-lasting and maintenance-free withstanding passage of time in a unique way.

 

NB! Cor-Ten steel products are delivered untreated. When brand new, COR-TEN® steel is gray in color like usual hot-rolled steel. You can find seasoning instructions on our website or you can scan directly from the product. Cor-Ten steel products can be stored outdoors all year round. Does not require storage.

    Used it sevral times on big events. Yes, very heavy and unpleasat to carry it on the grass but the capacity is great. First 50-60 kg BBQ pork neck. If it sells good then next is chicken wings about 30 kg. But for wings i use only grill briquettes and not firwood. Just for the appearance.
