  WS-545i-CAT is set of a big and capacious GrillSymbol cataplana and an adapter. The pan is a hybrid of a cataplana and a wok pan. With a domed lid, it works just like a traditional cataplana. GrillSymbol cataplanas don’t come with a clamp on the lid, so the pan can be used for different purposes. Adapter makes also the wind protection higher.   WP-450 is a big and capacious wok pan. It has very good cooking features. Deep steel wok pan with curved bottom is mainly meant for preparing Asian dishes. Since the 45 cm wok is more efficient and faster than most fritters, it suits perfectly for fritting – spring rolls, tempura, fish and chips, falafels, chicken wings, onion and calamari rings, etc.
