Set Cataplana mit Adapter. Die GrillSymbol Cataplana ist eine Mischung von Cataplana und Wokpfanne. Die Wokpfanne mit dem gewölbten Boden und der Cataplana Deckel bilden eine Pfanne, die wie eine traditionelle Cataplana funktioniert. Die GrillSymbol Cataplanas haben keine Befestigungswinkel am Deckel und können so mit verschiedenem Gasbrenner verwendet werden. Das macht diese Pfannen multifunktional: die tiefe Stahlpfanne aus Edelstahl mit einem dicken Boden (3 mm) und leichten Aluminiumdeckel funktioniert wie eine Cataplana-Pfanne und ohne Deckel wie eine Wok-Pfanne. Optimaler Durchmesser des Gasbrenners ist 30 cm.
Aufgrund ihrer Konkavität können in der Pfanne viele unterschiedliche Gerichte aus mediterraner und japanischer Küche zubereitet werden. Auch kann es als Fritteuse verwendet werden: zum Kochen von Churros, Buñuelos, Tempura, Frühlingsrollen usw. Hier können auch unterschiedliche Suppen gekocht werden.
