Our largest with nearly a one-meter diameter pan is very popular among caterers. It enables to prepare hundreds of portions very quickly and cater large crowds. This model is used by hundreds of caterers in Finland, Scandinavia, England, and the Baltics. High-rimmed thick-bottomed (5 mm) pan forms a well functioning item.
PRO-960 enables to prepare different dishes from raw and pre-cooked ingredients. The pan fits 50-80 portions depending on the dish cooked. Pan’s flat bottom perfectly enables to keep the food warm. The pan has a 5 cm rim, which allows the food to be stewed and steamed (under the lid), which is a great advantage comparing to low-rimmed pan. Use your fantasy and cook a desired dish on the pan!
Specifications:
WP-450i is a big and capacious wok pan. It has very good cooking features. Deep stainless steel wok pan with curved bottom is mainly meant for preparing Asian dishes. Different woks, soups, like Tom Kha, Tom Yum, and many other dishes can be prepared quickly. Since the 45 cm wok is more efficient and faster than most fritters, it suits perfectly for fritting – spring rolls, tempura, fish and chips, falafels, chicken wings, onion and calamari rings, etc.
If you already have the models PRO-460/ PRO-460 inox or paella gas cooker sets TW-460/ TW-460 inox then we suggest to pay the wok solution WS-450 to add multifunctionality. Due to the large capacity it is mostly suitable for caterers, catering enterprises and restaurants.
WP-450-CAT is a big and capacious hybrid of a cataplana and a wok. With a domed lid, it works just like a traditional cataplana. GrillSymbol cataplanas don’t come with a clamp on the lid, so the pan can be used for different purposes. It can be used on different gas burners with the optimal size of 30-35 cm.

WS-545i-CAT is set of a big and capacious GrillSymbol cataplana and an adapter. The pan is a hybrid of a cataplana and a wok pan. With a domed lid, it works just like a traditional cataplana. GrillSymbol cataplanas don’t come with a clamp on the lid, so the pan can be used for different purposes. Adapter makes also the wind protection higher. It can be installed on PRO-580 and PRO-580 inox models and a TW-580 gas cooker.
