WP-450-CAT is a big and capacious hybrid of a cataplana and a wok. With a domed lid, it works just like a traditional cataplana. PRO-960 inox enables to prepare different dishes from raw and pre-cooked ingredients. The pan fits 50-80 portions depending on the dish cooked.
