WP-545i is a big and capacious wok pan. It has very good cooking features. Deep stainless steel wok pan with curved bottom is mainly meant for preparing Asian dishes. Different woks, soups, like Tom Kha, Tom Yum, and many other dishes can be prepared quickly. Since the 54 cm wok is more efficient and faster than most fritters, it suits perfectly for fritting – spring rolls, tempura, fish and chips, falafels, chicken wings, onion and calamari rings, etc.
If you already have the models PRO-580/ PRO-580 inox or paella gas cooker sets TW-580/ TW-580 inox then we suggest to pay the wok solution WS-545 to add multifunctionality. Due to the large capacity it is mostly suitable for caterers, catering enterprises and restaurants.
