Our latest fire pit/fire basket, Sverre, has a special character compared to its predecessors. Designed with a modern approach focused on conserving materials and nature. Thanks to its distinctive pattern, it emanates warmth and light in a unique manner. The majority of the components in the Sverre model are crafted from material waste generated during the production of other items. We strive to utilize materials efficiently, minimizing our environmental footprint.

Design: Petteri Wiimaa

Made of Corten steel which is almost pure carbon steel but processed in order to have a protective layer on the surface to make it weather-proof. The surface is originally greyish, due the weather conditions it turns reddish-brown (resembles the colour of rusting), which becomes darker within time.

If used properly, Corten steel is expressive, durable and maintenance-free and can stand time in its own peculiar way.

The product must not be installed on a wooden surface as the fire pit will become hot from the bottom during the fire. There are holes in the bottom of the fire pit from which small pieces of coal can fall out. The holes in the bottom act as drainage holes to prevent standing water from accumulating inside the fire pit.

NB! Cor-Ten steel products are delivered untreated. When brand new, Cor-Ten steel is gray in color like usual hot-rolled steel. You can find seasoning instructions on our website or you can scan directly from the product. Cor-Ten steel products can be stored outdoors all year round. Does not require storage.

    Our largest, with nearly a one-meter diameter stainless steel pan is developed for a customer who, in addition to an effective tool, also needs a nifty appearance.     Hergestellt aus Cor-Ten Stahl, der fast reiner Kohlenstoffstahl ist, aber wetterfest bearbeitet, so dass ein Schutzschicht gegen Wettereinflüsse entsteht. Die Oberfläche ist anfangs rötlichbraun (Farbe ist ähnlich dem Rost), mit der Zeit wird die Farbe etwas dunkler. Bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung ist Cor-Ten Stahl ausdrucksstark, pflegefrei und hält auf einzigartige Weise lang in gutem Zustand.

    Das Produkt ist sicher – äußeres Panel wird nicht heiꞵ, auch wenn man 3-4 Stunden Feuer macht.
