You can get information about the courier company before you make the purchase. Below the product price and shopping cart button, the logos of the courier companies that deliver the shipment in the respective country are displayed.

Larger shipments are delivered by DHL Freight or Schenker. Smaller shipments are delivered to the customer via GLS, Schenker, DHL, DPD, UPS, Matkahuolto or Venipaki courier. The goods are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser in the order. The purchaser will be notified of the delivery via the contact information provided when placing the order. Information about the shipment will be sent to the purchaser when the package is sent, allowing the purchaser to keep track of the information of its shipment on an ongoing basis.

Please check the correctness of the contact information entered when placing an order to avoid delays and misunderstandings in the delivery of the goods. Grillsymbol OÜ and the courier company are not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods and any misunderstandings if the delay or misunderstanding is due to the inaccuracies in the information provided by the purchaser when placing an order. The goods are transferred to a third party if the purchaser has appointed a third party as the recipient of the goods in the order.
